Planting Guide

Broadcast seeds on well-prepared beds or sow in rows 30 cm apart. Seeds germinate in 5–10 days. Thin plants to 20 cm apart. Harvest young tender shoots and leaves regularly. Slight bitterness can be reduced by blanching before cooking.
