Southern Georgia Collard, known locally as sukuma wiki, is Kenya’s most widely consumed leafy vegetable. This open-pollinated variety produces large, dark-green, smooth leaves that are excellent for repeated cutting over an extended harvest period.

Planting Guide

Start seeds in a nursery bed. Transplant seedlings after 3–4 weeks at a spacing of 60 cm × 60 cm. Apply basal fertiliser at transplanting. Water consistently and harvest outer leaves regularly to encourage continued production.
